Independent expert report of a multinational in the communications sector
Context:
Multinational in the communication sector initiated an important refinancing process with the financial institutions. The financial institutions asked us as an independent expert to review the refinancing plan carried out by the Company.
How we helped:
We analyzed in detail the refinancing plan carried out by the Company, by means of:
- Reviewing its correct functioning from a technical point of view.
- Obtaining information to contrast and validate the information contained in the business plan.
- Detection of the most important business risks, analysis of the valuation of these risks in the refinancing plan, together with the preparation of sensitivity scenarios to assess the different scenarios that could arise in the event of significant deviations.
Result:
Approval of the plan drawn up by the Company and establishment of the range or economic impact for the financial institutions that deviations from the established plan could have on the refinancing.
