Implementation of the restructuring agreed by the parent company for its automotive subsidiary in Spain
Context:
Following the identification of numerous areas for improvement in its production and operational processes, it was decided to provide financing from the parent company to the subsidiary in order to implement the agreed restructuring.
How we helped:
The restructuring was implemented by:
- The search for and opening of a factory in Morocco, where the lower-value production was transferred.
